 Our average response time is less than the industry goal of four hours. With offices in Cornwall and Brockville the availability of parts is usually quick, which ensures a quick response by our trained technicians.

 Our service technicians are trained and certified by Toshiba, Ricoh and Lexmark and are considered experts in printing, imaging and multifunction technologies. They are trained to manage all types of equipment.
